Branches include the Nuveen Community Center for the Arts, Music & Performing Arts, and the White River Gallery, and artists’ cooperative gallery in Montague. |

The Nuveen Center is the educational branch of the Arts Council of White Lake. They feature adult and youth classes, workshops, special exhibitions, and performances under the instruction of accomplished artists, writers, dancers, musicians, and actors. |
| Muskegon Civic Theatre |

The only community theater in Muskegon County, MCT produces 4-5 shows a year, and provides great theater education opportunities throughout the year for students of all ages. |

Today the West Michigan Symphony presents eight pairs of subscription concerts (five classical and three pops) in the historic Frauenthal Theater. |

| Muskegon Chamber Choir |

The Chamber Choir first performed in 1964. It now performs a major oratorio every other year, regularly sings with the West Shore Symphony, and performs an annual concert series in various area churches and concert halls. Membership in the Muskegon Chamber Choir is by audition only. |

Founded in 1922, the MCCA has been presenting great music for 87 years, including the London String Quartet, Ezio Pinza, Mischa Elman, the Chicago Symphony, Isaac Stern, the Detroit Symphony, the Cleveland Symphony, the Vienna Boys’ Choir, the Robert Shaw Chorale, Solisti Di Zagreb, and the New York Brass Quintet. |

The West Shore Chorus is a group of women of all ages who love to sing barbershop music! No prior musical training is necessary as they are an educational organization. The only prerequisites are for membership are that you must be female and you must love music. Current members come from all corners of West Michigan. The West Shore Chorus performs several times a year, including a fall concert at the Howmet Playhouse. |

Focused around a theme, area arts and culture organizations present programming and special events to celebrate all Muskegon County has to offer our community in the arts and humanities. |
