Arts Council of White Lake
ACWL Logo The Arts Council of White Lake serves to encourage, initiate and facilitate an enriched cultural and creative environment throughout the White Lake Community. Branches include the Nuveen Community Center for the Arts, Music & Performing Arts, and the White River Gallery, and artists’ cooperative gallery in Montague.
Nuveen Center for the Arts
Nuveen Logo The Nuveen Center is the educational branch of the Arts Council of White Lake. They feature adult and youth classes, workshops, special exhibitions, and performances under the instruction of accomplished artists, writers, dancers, musicians, and actors.
Muskegon Civic Theatre
MCT Logo The only community theater in Muskegon County, MCT produces 4-5 shows a year, and provides great theater education opportunities throughout the year for students of all ages.

Muskegon Museum of Art
Muckegon Museum Art The Muskegon Museum of Art provides West Michigan access to a world-class collection of visual art—paintings, prints, sculpture and glass—enhanced by a wide range of temporary exhibitions. Educational programs, including classes, family programs, lectures, and hands-on activities, as well as guided tours, provide a context for interpretation of the collection and make it accessible to diverse audiences.
West Michigan Symphony
WMich Symphony Logo The West Michigan Symphony is a widely recognized professional orchestra and proud to be a leader in West Michigan’s cultural community for the past 72 years. Today the West Michigan Symphony presents eight pairs of subscription concerts (five classical and three pops) in the historic Frauenthal Theater.

Muskegon Community College Creative and Performing Arts Department
MCC Logo MCC offers a variety of creative and performing arts, including an art gallery, dance performances, and a calendar of shows from the theater department throughout the year at the Overbrook Theatre.
Blue Lake Public Radio
Blue Lake Radio Blue Lake Public Radio is our local public radio station, sponsored by Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp. They offer NPR News and select programming, and classical music (with some bluegrass thrown in on Saturday nights).
Muskegon Chamber Choir
Muskegon Chamber Choir The Chamber Choir first performed in 1964. It now performs a major oratorio every other year, regularly sings with the West Shore Symphony, and performs an annual concert series in various area churches and concert halls. Membership in the Muskegon Chamber Choir is by audition only.
Muskegon Community Concerts Association
Muskegon Community Conert Association Founded in 1922, the MCCA has been presenting great music for 87 years, including the London String Quartet, Ezio Pinza, Mischa Elman, the Chicago Symphony, Isaac Stern, the Detroit Symphony, the Cleveland Symphony, the Vienna Boys’ Choir, the Robert Shaw Chorale, Solisti Di Zagreb, and the New York Brass Quintet.
West Shore Chorus—Sweet Adeline’s
West Shore Chorus The West Shore Chorus is a group of women of all ages who love to sing barbershop music! No prior musical training is necessary as they are an educational organization. The only prerequisites are for membership are that you must be female and you must love music. Current members come from all corners of West Michigan. The West Shore Chorus performs several times a year, including a fall concert at the Howmet Playhouse.
Muskegon Arts and Humanities Festival
AHFest Logo Muskegon County joins the rest of the country in celebrating the Arts and Humanities during the month of October every year. Focused around a theme, area arts and culture organizations present programming and special events to celebrate all Muskegon County has to offer our community in the arts and humanities.
White Lake Chamber of Commerce
White Lake Chamber The White Lake Chamber of Commerce works to strengthen the Whitehall and Montague area and sponsors great events throughout the year. They also maintain an events calendar for the White Lake area.
