2011 Advertising Rates — Summer Season Playbill

What is Available?

Program advertising in the summer season program is divided into eighth page, quarter page and half page vertical and horizontal slots. Full page ad slots are also available inside, and on the insides of the front and back covers. One program is produced for the entire summer season so advertising slots are limited, but will connect to our audiences for the full nine weeks of our season run.

How to Submit Ads

The advertiser must submit print ready ads in the form of electronic files for publication and assumes liability for all content and layout of the copy submitted. Ad placement is made at the discretion of playhouse staff.

Full Page, 5” x 8”	$325.00
Half Page Horizontal, 5" x 4"	$175.00
Half Page Vertical, 2.5” x 8”	$175.00
Quarter Page Horizontal, 5” x 2”	$100.00
Quarter Page Vertical, 2.5" x 4"	$100.00
Eighth Page Horizontal, 1” x 5”	$75.00
Eighth Page Vertical, 2.5” x 2”	$75.00

E-ticket Advertising Rates

When patrons print their e-tickets at home, or when box office staff print e-tickets at the City Hall Box Office, your ad will appear below each ticket, up to two per page. We recommended this option for coupons or deals requiring that patrons show a Playhouse item to receive discounts. Advertisers may pick the show for which tickets will display their ad, based upon availability. Approximately 4,000 e-tickets were printed during our 2010 Summer Fine Arts Festival!

E-ticket ads are 1 7/8 ' x 6 3/8" (615 pixels x 180 pixels)
Rates are	$30 per week or
	$55 for two weeks or
	$15 for July 1st performance (only one performance)

Deadline for Submission

All print ready advertising electronic files must be received, along with full payment, no later than Friday, May 20, 2011 for inclusion in the summer festival program.
