White Lake Dramatic Club

Community Theater Revival for Whitehall’s Sesquicentennial

We are pleased to announce the revival of the White Lake Dramatic Club (WLDC), in concert with the Howmet Playhouse. The first production by the Club was Forever Yours, written by Montague playwright Mitch Coleman. Coleman’s script was downright funny and the play was performed by community theatre actors as part of the Howmet Playhouse Summer Fine Arts Festival, 2010. The WLDC performed Neil Simon’s Jake’s Women for the 2011 season. Both plays showcased the talents of our many creative artists in the area.

We are excited to see the rebirth of community theatre here at the Playhouse featuring local talent. If you would like to be involved in the artistic side of the production, (costuming, props, scenery, stagehand, etc.), please contact Katie for more information.
